Denmark Riesling
Wine
Harewood Estate Denmark Riesling is sourced from one of the few plantings of Riesling in the cool, maritime climate of Denmark, Western Australia.
This wine is part of a series of Rieslings from different districts of the Great Southern wine region. Each is made using the same winemaking techniques to highlight the unique influence of the site on the final taste.
Every part of the winemaking aims to capture the inherent delicacy of the variety. Only the finest free run juice is used. It undergoes a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is only minimally fined prior to bottling.
Pale straw with green tinges, Harewood Estate Denmark Riesling exhibits intense floral and citrus notes with an underlying spicy lift. Cellaring potential is seven years.
